摘  要:目的:探讨补肾安胎冲剂对脾肾亏虚证早期自然流产β-HCG、P及T细胞亚群的影响。方法:观察60例早期自然流产患者治疗前后外周血β-HCG、P及T细胞亚群的变化,并以60例早期正常妊娠妇女作对照。结果:治疗组治疗前与对照组比较β-HCG、P水平均偏低(P<0.05、P<0.01)。CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8明显增高(P<0.01)。治疗后β-HCG、P水平升高,CD3、CD4 T淋巴细胞比率及CD4/CD8比值降低,接近正常妊娠水平(P>0.05)。结论:脾肾亏虚证早期自然流产患者存在β-HCG、P水平不足,T细胞亚群的紊乱。补肾安胎冲剂可升高血清β-HCG、P水平,降低CD3、CD4 T淋巴细胞比率及CD4/CD8比值,调整内分泌免疫系统,发挥安胎作用。Objective :To invest the effect of Bushen Antai (BSAT) dissolved Medicine on 1β-HCG, P and T cell subgroups in early spontancous abortion patients with spleen and kidney - deficiency syndrome. Methods :Sixty patients with spleen and kidney - deficiency Syndrome were treatment group and sixty normal pregnant women were control group. The treatment group were treated with BSAT dissolved medicine. Before and after treatment the patients were examined about T cell subgroups, β-HCG and P. The control group were examined only once. Results : In ESA patients,the CD3, CD4 ,CD4/CDs were significantly higher than those in normal pregnant women( P 〈 0.01 ) ;13 -HCG was lower( P 〈 0.05) ; P was lower( P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment with BSAT dissolved medicine, the levels of examination index sign were similar to those in normal cases( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion :The β-HCG and P are lower and T cell subgroups are mess in ESA with spleen and kidney asthenia. BSAT dissolved medicine regulates the immunity - endocrine function and improves the normal pregnant by rasing β-HCG,P and reducing CD3 ,CD4 and CD4/CD8.
