摘　　要：迁延性、慢性腹泻是小儿常见病,病因复杂,发病率高。因此就近年来对小儿迁延性、慢性腹泻的病因病机研究,及临床治疗进展情况进行归纳综述。Puerile chronic persisting diarrhea is a kind of common disease. It＇s etiological factor is complicated and it＇s disease incidence is very high. Accordingly, advances in the research of puerile chronic persisting diarrhea in recent years are summarized in etiopathogenisis, pathogencsis and the advancement of treatment.
