十全大补汤对Survivin蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨十全大补汤对小鼠肺癌组织中Survivin蛋白表达的影响。方法:40只C57BL/6小鼠接种Lewis肺癌瘤株后,随机分为4组,并给予不同浓度的十全大补汤进行干预,15天后,处死小鼠,采用SABC免疫组化法对各组Survivin蛋白表达进行检测。结果:与模型组比较,十全大补汤中剂量组Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率较低,有统计学意义。结论:十全大补汤在抑制肿瘤的过程中,可能具有双向调节作用。Objective： To discuss the function of Shiquan Dabu （ SQDB ） decoction to intervene the Survivin protein expression in the mouse lung cancer organization; Methods ： The 40 mice of C57BL/6 divided into four groups after vaccinated Lewis lung cancer lump, and intragastric administration with the different density SQDB decoction. After 15 days, the Survivin protein expression ratio has been detected with the SABC dyeing immunohistochemistry techniques. Result： Compared with model group, the SQDB decoction can inhibited the expression rate of Survivin protein. Conclusion ： In the process of inhibiting tumor＇s growth, the SQDB have the function of bidirectional adjustment.
