摘 要:以四川磷矿为原料,在高温焙烧炉中采用磷酸法高温烧结工艺,较为系统地研究了焙烧时间、焙烧温度、磷酸配比和反应器对磷矿分解和脱氟反应的影响。结果表明:焙烧时间、焙烧温度、磷酸配比和反应器的传质特性对磷矿分解和脱氟反应均有显著影响。在改进型反应器中,焙烧时间≥90min、焙烧温度1180~1230℃、磷酸配比24%~27%、磷酸质量分数45%,产品中P205质量分数可达41.0%~42.5%,而F质量分数≤0.16%。Studies were carried out into effects reaction time and temperature, ratio of phosphorous acid added into the feed materials, reactor' s mass transfer characteristic and other factors exert on phosphate rock decomposition and defluorination using thermal-acid method with Sichuan phosphate ore as material. The results indicated that they have great impacts on phosphate rock decomposition and defluorination in the improved reactor with the reaction time≥90 min, roasting temperature 1180-1230℃, phosphoric acid ratio of 24 % - 27 %, 45 % of phosphoric acid concentration, product of P2O5 of up to 41.0% to 42.5 %, while F≤0.16%.
