摘　　要：土地整理是人类利用自然和改造自然的措施,是社会经济发展到一定阶段解决土地利用问题的必然选择。本文在分析、借鉴目前国内外关于土地整理主要观点的基础上,结合当前我国土地整理实践的特点,界定了土地整理的内涵与外延。Land consolidation as the human beings measure to utilize and rebuild the nature is an unavoidable choice to utilize the lands when the society and economy develops to some stages. This paper, based on some conceptions of land consolidation, internally and internationally, combines the features of land consolidation and defines the connotation and extension of land consolidation.
