摘　　要：绩效评价作为绩效管理的核心内容之一,是市场经济和社会进步的必然要求。从绩效评价的内涵出发,在对土地整理绩效评价工作在当前项目管理新体制中重要作用分析的基础上,本文从土地整理绩效评价的机制、制度、机构、指标体系、信息系统和成果应用6个方面,对尽快建立我国土地整理绩效评价工作体系,积极开展土地整理绩效评价工作提出了几点建议和发展思路。Performance assessment as one of cores of performance management is a demand of market economy and social development over government. This paper, based on the connotation of performance assessment, analyzes the importance of land consolidation performance assessment in project management, and presents some suggestions, with regard to land consolidation performance mechanism, system, organization, index system, information system and application, to establish the performance assessment system as soon as possible and to carry out the land consolidation performance assessment.
