摘 要:通过自由基共聚制得聚(苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-对氯甲基苯乙烯)(PSMMA)寡聚体,将其季铵化后得到PSMMA季铵盐,而后用该季铵盐与蒙脱土进行离子交换得到PSMMA修饰的蒙脱土(PSMMA-MMT)。利用红外(IR)、核磁共振(1H NMR)、X衍射分析仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和热重分析(TGA)对其结构性能进行了表征。IR结果表明寡聚体进入了蒙脱土片层间形成了复合结构。XRD和TEM结果显示,寡聚体季铵盐与蒙脱土进行离子交换,得到了部分剥离部分插层的有机修饰蒙脱土。TGA结果显示此类寡聚体修饰蒙脱土的热降解温度高于一般长链季铵盐修饰的蒙脱土。Oligomeric poly (styrene-methyl methacrylate-p-chloromethylstyrene) (PSMMA) was prepared through free-radical polymerization. And its quarternary ammonium salt was obtained from the reaction of trimethyl amine with the corresponding PSMMA. Then the PSMMA modified clays were prepared through cationic exchange of the sodium ion in the clay with the corresponding PSMMA quartenary ammonium salt. IR, 1H NMR, XRD, TEM and TGA were used in the haraterization of the above polymers and its modified clay. The IR results indicated that the PSMMA modified clays were obtained. The results of XRD and TEM showed the mixture of exfoliated and intercalated montmorillonites with large dspacing were successfully prepared. The experimental data of TGA has shown that the oligomeric ammonium salt modified clay has good thermal stability than long chain modified clays.
