摘  要:在有效催化剂存在的状态下,用共固化剂二烯丙基双酚A二缩水甘油醚(DADE)改性BDM/BCE,制成多元共聚树脂体系。利用IR、DSC、DMA、TGA、CTE和SEM等手段分析表征了树脂固化工艺和固化前后的多种性能。结果表明:该固化树脂的Tg为303℃,开始热分解温度为360℃,在1MHz下,介电常数(ε)为3.81,介质损耗因数(tanδ)为0.003,热膨胀系数(室温~250℃)为5.9012×10^-5/℃,吸水率为0.23%;该树脂具有优异的耐热性、介电性能、形变稳定性和抗湿性,适合用作高性能刚性覆铜板(CCL)基体树脂。On the existence of effective catalyst, 4,4′-diphenylmethylenebismaleimide(BDM)/ bisphenol A dicyanate resin (BCE) /2,2′ - diallylbisphenol A diglycidyl ether (DADE) copolymers were prepared by solution prepolymerization and melting prepolymerization methods. The gelling property and curing processibility were studied. Various properties of melting prepolymers and cured resins were characterized by IR, DSC, DMA, TG, SEM, etc. The results show that the resins have good storage stability and curing processibity, meanwhile the cured resins possess good heat resistance, dielectric properties (ε = 3.81, tgδ = 0.003, 1MHz), mechanical properties and low moisture absorption.
