摘　　要：介绍了高导热绝缘高分子复合材料的导热机理,讨论了影响高导热绝缘高分子材料导热性能的主要因素,阐述了高导热绝缘高分子材料的发展方向。The thermal conducting mechanism of high thermal conductive and electrical insulating polymer composites was described. And the effecting factors on thermal properties were discussed. The development direction of thermal conducting and insulating polymer composites was put forward.
