摘 要:综述了热塑性树脂(TP)对双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)的改性方法及研究进展。介绍了热塑性树脂增韧BMI的机理,分析了影响增韧效果的因素(TP的韧性、TP的分子量、TP的添加量、TP的活性端基、TP的耐热性、TP与BMI的相容性及延展性、体系的粘弹性及界面粘结力、固化温度和乳化剂)。结果表明:热塑性树脂能在不降低树脂力学性能和耐热性能的前提下提高双马来酰亚胺树脂的韧性。但更高韧性的改性树脂尚待进一步研究。The recent development and modification methods of the bismaleimide resin toughened with thermoplastic resin were reviewed in this paper. The mechanism of the toughening with thermoplastic resin was described. Some properties of TP that affect the toughening efficiency were analyzed in detail, including its toughness, molecular weight, dosage, reactive end group, heat resistance, the compatibility and ductility between TP and BMI, the system's viscoelasticity and interfacial adhesion, curing temperature and emulsifying agent. The results show that the toughness of bismaleimide resin can be increased whilst not reducing its mechanical properties and heat resistance.
