摘 要:选择27种常用绿化造林树种进行水培试验,研究盐胁迫下植物的形态变异作为耐盐树种的形态(指标)变化特征。在NaCl质量浓度梯度为0 g/L、3 g/L、6 g/L、9 g/L的Hongland营养液中培养,分阶段观察植物的形态变化,并对茎的生长量、新发根数作了定量研究。结果表明:应试的27种植物中,龙柏(Sabina chinensis‘Kaizuca’)、红楠(Machilus thumbergii)、枣树(Ziziphus jujube)、厚叶石斑木(Rhaphiolepis umbeuat)、金边黄杨(Euonymus japonica)、芙蓉菊(Crossostephium chinese)等6种植物能耐受9 g/LNaCl的盐浓度胁迫;罗汉松(Pod-ocarpus macrophyllus)、大叶女贞(Ligustrun lucidum)、无患子(Sapindus mukorossi)、海桐(Pittosporum tobira)、夹竹桃(Nerium indicum)、滨柃(Eurya emarginata)、果桑(Morus alba)等7种为中度耐盐树种,是比较理想的盐碱地绿化造林树种;常绿白蜡(Fraxinus griffithii)、冬青(Ilex purpurea)、香椿(Toona sinensis)、红叶石楠(Photinia X fraseri)、垂丝海棠(Malus thaliana)等5种植物不耐盐。不同盐耐受性植物盐胁迫下生长表现性状基本一致。27 species of trees were selected to study the ability of salt- resistance. Morphological indexes changed with different contents of NaC1 of Hongland alimentation liquid which reflected the ability of salt - resistance. Some morphological indexes were tested, such as the growth of young shoots and the number of new roots, and others were observed. At last,6 species,namely Sabina chinensis‘ Kaizuca' ,Machilus thumbergii, Ziziphus jujube, Raphiolepis umbeuat, Euonymus japonica and Crossostephium chinese were selected as halophytes and 7 species were middle salt - resistant plants which were adapted to grow in salina. 5 species, namely Fraxinus griffithii, Ilex purpurea, Toona sinensis, Photinia X fraseri and Malus thaliana were non - salt - resistant trees. The morphological changes in the plants were similar under salt stress.
