摘　　要：基于江苏省吴江市1995-2004年土地利用变更数据及相关统计数据,在分析其土地利用动态变化特征的基础上,对影响吴江市土地利用变化的驱动因子进行定性分析和定量验证。结果表明,影响吴江市土地利用变化的主要社会经济驱动因子是全社会固定资产投资、城市化率、工业总产值以及渔业总产值。同时建立了土地利用变化驱动机制模型,并提出促进吴江市土地资源可持续利用的对策。Based on the land use change data and correlated statistical data from 1995 - 2004 in Wujiang City ,Jiangsu Province and an analysis on the characteristics of land use change ,the paper makes a qualitative analysis and a confirmation with quantificational method on the driving forces affecting land use changes in Wujiang City. The research showed that the main socio - economic factors affecting the land use changes in Wujiang City were social investment in fixed assets, the rate of urbanization, gross output values of industry and fishery. At the same time, based on the factors in Wujiang City, the driving mechanism modeling of land use change has been set up and the measures for promoting sustainable land utilization in Wujiang City are proposed.
