摘  要:目的:观察松果腺功能低下大鼠的细胞免疫的变化及白芍总甙(TGP)的作用。方法:主要应用傍晚腹腔注射普萘洛尔或大鼠双侧颈上神经节切除造成松果腺功能低下的模型。结果:下午4:00腹腔注射普萘洛尔(15mg·kg-1·d-1×7d)可引起T、B淋巴细胞转化率降低、TGP(20mg·kg-1·d-1,ip或50mg·kg-1·d-1po)能使普萘洛尔降低的T、B淋巴细胞免疫功能恢复正常;双侧颈上神经节切除造成大鼠胸腺及脾淋巴细胞的致分裂素反应降低,IL-2生成减少、TGP(20mg·kg-1·d-1ip或50mg·kg-1·d-1po)可反转双侧颈上神经节切除的作用。结论:TGP的免疫调节作用与松果腺有关。AIM:The effects of evening administration propranolol and SCGX on immunity system were observed, meanwhile influence of TGP on the pineal gland was studied. METHODS: A the pineal gland malfunctional model was found by peritoncal injection of propranolo(4:00 pm, 15 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,7 d) and SCGX. TGP (20 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,ip or or 50 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,7 d po) was used respective. RESULTS: Propranolo could decrease proliferative responses of lymphocytes to ConA and LPS. TGP could antagonize the effects of propranolol on immunity system. Following SCGX the proliferation of T and B cell was inhibited and IL 2 prodution was decreased. TGP could resume some immune function. CONCLUTION: It suggested that the TGP could modulate the immune function through the pineal gland.
