农村人力资源整合的认识论思考

摘　　要：党的十六届五中全会明确提出了建设社会主义新农村的伟大历史任务,而农民素质的高低决定了农村经济与社会发展的速度和质量,农村人力资源整合成为社会主义新农村建设顺利进行的关键所在。本文根据我国的国情和农村的实际,从认识论角度对农村人力资源整合的主体、客体对象、实质和过程等问题进行了一系列有益的探索。The great historical task of constructing a new socialist rural life was clearly pointed out in the Fifth Plenum of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC. The speed and quality of rural economical and social development are decided by the quality of peasants. The conformity of rural human resources is the key to a successful new rural construction. According to our national conditions and rural situations at present, such problems as the subject, object, substance and process concerning the conformity of rural human resources will be explored from the aspect of epistemology in this article.
