摘  要:为探索一种新的硼酸锌合成路线,针对青海省丰富的硼资源和锌资源,进行了以硼酸、七水硫酸锌和硼砂为原料,在微波辐射下固相合成硼酸锌的实验。考察了配料比、微波辐射强度、微波辐射时间等对产品硼酸锌硼锌比的影响。结果表明:当硼酸与七水硫酸锌的摩尔比为1.0、硼砂与七水硫酸锌的质量比为1.27、微波辐射时间为8 min、微波辐射强度为中低火时合成的硼酸锌为2375型。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等方法对不加聚乙二醇与加聚乙二醇的两种合成产品进行了表征。结果显示合成的硼酸锌产品呈不规则的片状,加了聚乙二醇的产品平均粒径小于1μm。An experiment on zinc borate solid state synthesis using boric acid, heptahydrate zinc sulfate and borax as raw materials under the microwave radiation is down in this paper for exploring a new mute of zinc borate synthesis to the rich boron and zinc resource in Qinghai province and the effect of the quota ratio of raw materials, microwave irradiation time and strength to the ratio of boron to zinc in product zinc borate is investigated too. The result indicated that while the tool ratio of boric acid to heptahydrate zinc sulfate is 1.0, the mass ratio of borax to heptahydrate zinc sulfate 1.27, microwave irradiation time 8 minutes and strength, middle or low fire, the synthesized zinc borate is type 2375. Two kinds of synthesized products, one with polythylene glycol and another no, are characterized through the method of IR spectrum, SEM, XRD and the result shows that the shape of synthesized zinc borate is of irregular piece and the average size of product grain with polyethylene glycol is less than 1 μm.
