摘　　要：强化警察权威是保障警察执法权益的核心目标。警察权是警察权威产生的基础,但并非唯一要件。强有力的警察权威还需要警察权力的自身塑造和公众的普遍认同。Strengthening the authority of power is that the police enforces the law core target of protecting the rights and interests of police. The power of police is the basis of the authority of police, but not unique important condition which is the authority of police coming into being. Forceful authority of police also needs to police＇s own power to shape and the public generally agree.
