摘　　要：公安民警抚恤制度是国家对伤残人民警察和牺牲、病故人民警察家属进行抚慰的一种社会保障制度,一般包括伤残抚恤和死亡抚恤两种。目前,国家对人民警察的抚恤不断拓展,但实践中却存在对抚恤政策不了解,对抚恤工作不够重视及抚恤经费不足等问题,影响了国家抚恤工作作用的发挥。研究人民警察的抚恤问题,便于基层公安机关更好地开展抚恤工作,及时安抚伤亡警察及家属。Police pension system is a kind of social security system for the wound and disability police and the family of the bereaved police, generally including disability pension and death pension. At present, the pension scope has been extending continuously, but the problems such as lack of knowledge of pension policies, without enough attention to the work of pension, and short of the pension funding etc affect the state pension system to play a role in the comfort and compensate the bereaved police family. This study will do some good for the grass-roots public security organs to carry out pension accurate, and appease the bereaved police families in time .
