摘　　要：目的:论证活血通脉汤在改善免疫细胞因子表达,促进股骨头内血管修复等方面对于骨坏死修复的影响。方法:用酒精灌胃+密室熏烟的方法建立大鼠股骨头缺血性坏死的模型,对大鼠模型及施加中药影响后的大鼠模型进行测定血清TNF-α,股骨头局部TNF-α和iNOS免疫组化指数,并进行光镜和扫描电镜观察。结果:对大鼠模型,活血通脉汤灌胃后,模型中药组各观察指标均好转。结论:活血通脉汤对股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗作用可能与其改善血液及股骨头局部免疫因子的状态有关。Objective：To study the effect of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction （HTD） on osteonecrosis repair through regulating the expression of immunological cytokines and vascular repair. Methods： Avascular necrosis of femoral head （ANFH） model was established via intragastric administration of alcohol and fumigating with cigarette. After the treatment of Chi nese herbal medicine, the level of TNF-α in serum, TNF sand iNOS in local femoral head were detected. Meanwhile, light microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to make morphology observation. Results： All indexes in treatment group improved significantly after treated by HTD. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of HTD in treating ANFH might be associated with regulating immunologic cytokines.
