籽骨在足负重正位、籽骨轴位X线片上的位置关系

摘　　要：目的探讨籽骨在足负重正位、籽骨轴位X线片上位置的关系及与第1、2跖骨间夹角(IMA)、拇外翻角(HVA)的相关性。方法对35只正常足及104只拇外翻足的籽骨在足负重正位X线片及籽骨轴位X线片上的位置、IMA、HVA做多元相关分析。结果正常足正、轴位X线片上籽骨位置相关系数0.291,P>0.05,两者之间无相关性;正常足正位X线片上籽骨位置与IMA相关系数0.502,P<0.01,两者之间存在线性相关;拇外翻足正、轴位X线片上籽骨位置相关系数0.446,P<0.01,两者间存在线性相关;拇外翻足正位X线片上籽骨位置、轴位X线片上籽骨位置、IMA、HVA两两之间相关性检验均P<0.01。结论籽骨在正常足负重正位及籽骨轴位X线片上的位置无线性相关。但籽骨在拇外翻足负重正位及籽骨轴位X线片上的位置之间存在线性相关,且与IMA、HVA两两之间分别有线性相关。Objective To study the position relation between sesamoids of hallux in the antero-posterior and weight- bearing tangential radiograph, and correlation with intermetatarsal angle （ IMA ） and hallux valgus angle （ HVA ）. Methods Muhi-correlation analysis of the positions of sesamoids in 35 normal feet and 104 hallux valgus in the antero-posterior and weightbearing tangential radiograph, IMA, and HVA was performed. Results Coefficient correlation of the position of the sesamoids in the antero-posterior and weightbearing tangential radiograph was 0. 291, P 〉 0. 05, so there was no correlation between them. The coefficient correlation of the sesamoid position in the antero-posterior radiograph and IMA was 0. 502, P 〈0.01, so there was linear correlation between them. The coefficient correlation of the hallux valgus in the antero-posterior and weightbearing tangential radiograph was 0. 446, P 〈 0. 01, so there was linear correlation between them. The correlation test in each position among the sesamoid antero-posterior and weightbearing tangential view, IMA, and HVA was positive, P 〈 0. 01. Conclusions There is no linear col-relation in the antero-posterior and weightbearing tangential radiograph of sesamoids in normal foot. However, in hallux valgus, the position of sesamoids in the antero-posterior and weightbearing tangential radiograph has the linear correlation with IMA and HVA.
