特制人工假体置换治疗膝关节骨巨细胞瘤

摘　　要：目的探讨特制人工假体置换治疗膝关节骨巨细胞瘤的疗效。方法根据健侧X线片骨骼长度,定制人工关节假体,对13例膝关节部位骨巨细胞瘤患者进行人工假体置换。结果13例均获随访,时间4～36(16±3)个月,术后3个月HSS评分73～92分;关节功能优8例,良5例;无一例复发。结论特制人工假体置换治疗膝关节骨巨细胞瘤能减少复发,并改善患者的生存质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of custom prosthesis replacement in treatment of giant cell tumors of bone near the knee. Methods 13 patients with giant cell tumors of bone near the knee were treated with custom prosthesis replacement made according to the X-ray of the length of the normal bone. Results 13 cases were followed up for 4 - 36 months. The HSS scores were 73 - 92 in 3 months. 13 cases got exeellent joint function in 8 patients, good function in 5 patients, according to the HSS evaluating system. There was no recurrence. Conculsions Custom prosthesis replacement can reduce the rate of recurrence and improve the quality of life.
