摘　　要：目的总结逆行交锁髓内钉加钢丝环扎治疗股骨远端大斜面骨折的疗效。方法采用有限切口、开放复位、逆行交锁髓内钉加钢丝环扎内固定的方法,治疗股骨远端大斜面骨折28例。结果28例均获随访,时间10～18(12±0.5)个月,骨折愈合时间4～8(5.2±0.3)个月,下肢膝关节功能按Merchan评分标准:优20例,良6例,一般2例。结论有限切口、开放复位、逆行交锁髓内钉加钢丝环扎内固定,可实现骨折的解剖复位,保持股骨远端大斜面骨折的稳定。Objective To study the effect of limited open reduetion and retrograde intramedullary nailing plus wire cerclage for distal femoral long oblique fracture. Methods 28 eases with distal femoral long oblique fractures were undergone limited open reduetion and retrograde intramedullary nailing plus wire cerelage. Results All the cases were followed up for 10 - 18 months. It was 4 -8 mouths with a mean time of 5.2 ± 0. 3 months for all cases of fracture to get united. According to Merehan criteria for clinical evaluation of lower limbs and knee joint,20 cases were excellent,6 good,and 2 fair. Conclusions Anatomic reduction and stability ean be achieved with limited open reduction and retrograde intramedullary nailing plus wire cerclage for distal femoral long oblique fraetures.
