大型地网接地电阻测试仪的研制

摘　　要：为了解决缺乏大型地网接地电阻测量仪器的难题,课题组采用高频链技术和DSP控制技术,研制出GN-JDR5型大型地网接地电阻测试仪。该测试仪采用变频测试方式,最大输出功率达2000 W,最大电流5 A,最大电压400 V。该测试仪能测量各类接地网的接地电阻值,自动计算出接地阻抗值及阻性分量,并具有土壤电阻率的测量功能。实验室检测及现场测量表明,该测试仪使用简单,抗干扰能力强,测量数据准确稳定,完全满足DL/T 475-2006《接地装置特性参数测量导则》对地网接地电阻测试的要求。GN-JDR5 type ground resistance measurement tester for large-scale grounding grid is developed based on high-frequency link technology and DSP control technology. Variable frequency test method is applied in the tester, which has max output power 2000W, max current 5A and max voltage 400V. The tester is suitable for all kinds of grounding grid, and can not only calculate automatically ground impedance and resistive component, but also measure soil resistivity. Laboratory and field tests show that the tester has better anti-jamming ability and higher data veracity, and can satisfy the demand of DL/T 475-2006《Measure Guide for Characteristic Parameter of Grounding Sets》.
