安普贴薄膜在压疮治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨安普贴薄膜治疗Ⅲ期压疮的效果。方法:将82例Ⅲ期压疮患者随机分为两组,对照组42例,安普贴组40例,对照组按常规清创消毒后创面覆盖无菌纱块,给予换药1次/d;安普贴组按常规清创消毒后创面覆盖安普贴薄膜,根据情况给予换药1～2次/周。治疗后对比疗效。结果:安普贴组有效率显著高于对照组,治愈时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:安普贴薄膜应用于Ⅲ期压疮疗效好,能减轻患者痛苦,减少护士工作量,减轻患者家庭经济负担。Objective ： To approach the clinical effects of membrane of AnPu paste to treat pressure sore of stage Ⅲ. Methods ： 82 patients with pressure sore of stage Ⅲ were divided randomly into two groups： 42 cases in control group and 40 cases in AnPu paste group. The wound surface were covered with aseptic gauze after debrided and cleansed routinely in control group which changed the dressing 1 time per day. The wound surface were covered with membrane of AnPu paste in AnPu paste group, which done the dressing 1 to 2 times per 7 day by condition. The clinical effects in control group were compared with in AnPu paste group. Results ： Compared with in control group, curative effects in AnPu paste group were much better and course of treatment in that was more shorten （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions ： Membrane of AnPu paste had effective clinical value to treat pressure sore of stage Ⅲ, which could ease the pain of patients, reduce work load of nurses, cut down economy burden of families.
