摘　　要：目的:探讨巨块型宫颈癌术前应用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)新辅助化疗的疗效观察与护理体会。方法:对Ⅰb～Ⅱb期巨块型宫颈癌病人,使用化疗泵持续96h静注5-FU联合顺铂化疗1～2疗程,化疗后2～3周行手术治疗。结果:106次术前化疗顺利完成,化疗后,原发病灶均有不同程度缩小。化疗期间病人生活质量较好,无严重并发症发生。结论:新辅助化疗是巨块型宫颈癌一种有效的治疗方法,全面细致地观察与护理是化疗顺利完成的重要保证,对减轻病人痛苦、改善病人生存质量具有积极意义。Objective：The purpose of giant fast cervical cancer before the application of 5 - FU new adjuvant chemotherapy with the effect of the recent nursing experience. Results ：The results of 106 times before the successful completion of chemotherapy, chemotherapy after primary focus has narrowed to varying degrees. During chemotherapy in patients with a better quality of life, without serious Complications. Conclusion：Neoadjuvant chemotherapy giant fast cervical cancer was an effective treatment, comprehensive and meticulous observation and care chemotherapy was an important guarantee for the successful completion of the patients to reduce pain and improve quality of life of patients.
