摘　　要：一种用层析硅胶作固定相,用正丙醇-氨水(2:1)作淋洗剂的干柱层析法提纯 DBF-偶氮胂的新方法。薄层色谱、元素分析及有效成分的测定等证明,提纯效果令人满意。in this paper,a new method called dry-col-umn chromatography for the purification of DBF-arsenazo was reported.The stationary phase waschromatographic silica gel(100～200 mesh)andthe eluent was a mixture of n-propanol andammonia(2:1).The purified reagent has beenconfirmed by TLC,elementary analysis and theresult was satisfactory.
