智能住宅小区物业服务信息的规范化研究

摘　　要：住宅小区物业服务信息的交换、集成与共享,是数字社区、数字城市发展的需要,也是物业服务软件标准化、通用化的基础。文章通过对智能化小区安全防范系统的样例分析,提取系统的数据元,合理约定数据元的定义、命名等属性特征,建立基于XML的物业服务信息的数据交换模型,总结出智能小区物业服务信息规范化的方法和步骤,为我国智能建筑行业元数据标准的建立提供参考。The information exchange, integration and sharing of property services in residential areas is necessary for development of digital city and community. It is also the base of standardization of software and property services. By analysis the security system in residential areas, it extracts the data element from the system, gives a rational definition, a nomination and the attribute of data elements. This paper set up a data exchange model for property services information based on XML. Summarize methods and steps of property services information standardization of property services in residential areas. And it＇s established a metadata standard as a reference for Chinese intelligent building trades.
