摘 要:通过分析直线压缩机的直线电机的等效电路和活塞位移自传感器的模拟电路,得出了模拟电路参数与直线电机参数之间的关系.对直线电机参数和活塞位移自传感器的输出特性进行了实验研究.结果表明:推力系数在一定的动子行程内是基本恒定的,在上死点附近,推力系数有减小趋势;等效电感和电阻在一定的工作电流内是基本恒定的;直线电机等效电阻及电感的波动对活塞位移自传感器的输出几乎无影响,推力系数的波动影响活塞位移自传感器输出幅值的大小;若要提高直线压缩机活塞位移自传感器的输出精度,需要对模拟电路参数进行微调,以确保输出不失真,同时需要在活塞上死点附近对自传感器的输出进行修正.The relations between the simulation circuit parameters and the linear motor parameters were achieved by analyzing the equivalent circuit of the linear motor and the simulation circuit of piston displacement self-sensor. The experimental study on the linear motor parameters was carried out. The results show that the force coefficient, the equivalent inductance and resistance are constant when the moving magnets oscillate in an operating region. The force coefficient decreases slightly when the moving magnet is close to the top dead position(TDP). The equivalent inductance and resistance of the linear motor are constant in a certain current range. The experiment was conducted to investigate the output characteristics of the self-sensor. The results show that the output waveform is hardly influenced by the fluctuating of the equivalent inductance and resistance, and the output amplitude is influenced by the force coefficient. In order to improve the output precision of the self-sensor, it is suggested that the parameters of the self-sensor' circuit should be slightly adjusted to avoid the output waveform distortion, and the output of the selfsensor should be corrected when the piston is close to TDP.
