优化我国石油行业供应链管理

摘　　要：国外石油公司通过建立较为完善的供应链管理体系提高经济效益,我国石油行业的供应链管理处于"亚健康"状态,主要存在业务流程不够合理、横向一体化缺乏、信息化程度偏低、组织结构不够合理、供应链评价体系的不够完善等问题。并提出了企业重组和业务流程再造、加强供应链横向一体化、利用信息系统优化供应链、建立新的供应链绩效评价体系等具体措施。Foreign oil firms enhance economic performance by setting up perfect supply management system, while our petroleum industry is under sub - health condition, which mainly exists the problems of unreasonable business process, absent horizontal integration, low informatization level, unreasonable organization structure, and imperfect supply chain evaluation system, etc. The article proposes the suggestions, such as restructuring enterprises and reengineering their business processes, increasing horizontal integration of supply chain, optimizing supply chain with information system, and establishing new performance evaluation system of supply chain.
