摘　　要：本文报告了我院１９９０．１２１９９４．１８月四年间在神经外科收治的１１例神经源性尿崩症，并对其病因，分类，病理转归，ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ表现，诊断治疗进行了讨论，并认为脑垂体后叶素是目前临床治疗神经源性尿崩症的首选药物。Eleven cases of neurohypophysial diabetes insipidus treated in the neurological surgery of our hospital during four years from December, 1990 to December,1994 are reported.Etiology,clssification, pathology, CT and MR features, diagnosis treatment methods of the desease are discussed. The author consider that vasopressin is the effective drug for treating the disease, and DDAVP is the first selecting drug.
