摘　　要：五种新的水溶性卤代苯磺酸卟啉化合物的合成和分离纯化方法。新卟啉试剂与 Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)八种金属离子的显色反应。试剂结构的改变及各种取代基对试剂以及试剂与金属离子反应性能的影响。Synthesis and purification of five kinds ofnew water soluble halogenated sulfonic phenyl-porphines were reported,they are m-FTPPS_4,m-ClTPPS_4,m-BrTPPS_4,o-ClTPPS_4,and o-BrTPPS_4.Reactions of these new water soluble porphyrinswith copper(Ⅱ),zinc(Ⅱ),palladium(Ⅱ),nickel(Ⅱ),cobalt(Ⅱ),manganese(Ⅱ),cadmium(Ⅱ),andlead(Ⅱ)were studied.Effects of structure andsubstituents of reagents on their properties andtheir characteristics of reaction with metal ionswere studied.Among these reagents,m-FTPPS_4and o-ClTPPS_4 are promising for the determina-tion of copper(Ⅱ),zinc(Ⅱ),and cadmium(Ⅱ),the molar absorption coefficients of m-FTPPS_4-copper(Ⅱ),m-FTPPS_4-zinc(Ⅱ),and o-ClTPPS_4-cadmium(Ⅱ)are 4.19×10~5,4.36×10~5,and 5.1×10~5 respectively.
