摘 要:文章采用傅里叶红外光谱测试了云南大理州产三种盏细辛药材的红外谱图,它们的红外光谱的峰形、峰位极相似,只是特征峰的相对强度有变化,从特征峰的峰强比知,3号灯盏细辛药材的黄硐类化合物、咖啡酸酯类化合物和酚酸类化合物含量相对较大。1号样品黄硐类化合物含量大于2号,咖啡酸酯类化合物和酚酸类化合物含量相差不大。结果对灯盏细辛的生产应用具有一定的指导意义。IR spectrum was tested for three of erigenon breviscapus produced in Dali prefecture in Yunnan Province by application of FT - IR. The results showed that the shape and the position of their IR spectrum were similar, while the relative intensity of the characteristic absorbance peaks varied. According to the characteristic absorbance peaks intensity, there was more compound of flavonoid, caffeic acid and phenolic acids in no 3 sample, and more flavonoid in no 1 sample than that of no 2 one. while the and were almost the same.
