摘　　要：JPEG2000是国际标准化组织指定的新一代静态图像压缩标准,支持感兴趣区域(ROI)编码是JPEG2000标准中的一个新特点.本文在分析了两种标准算法的优缺点之后,提出了一种新的ROI编码方法——混合编码方法,这种算法不仅可以灵活控制ROI区域和背景区域的画质,还可以有效编码多个具有不同优先级的ROI区域,而不需要编码形状信息.仿真结果证实了该算法的有效性.JPEG2000 is the latest static image compression standard developed by the ISO/ITU -T, Region of interest coding is of a new feature in JPEG2000. After analyzing the advantages and the weaknesses of the two standard ROI coding methods defined in JPEG2000, a new region of interest coding method called mixed coding method is proposed, it can control the quality between the ROI and the background flexibly, but also support multi- ple ROI coding in one image with different degrees of interest without coding shape information. The efficiency is verified by simulation.
