摘　　要：针对我国高新技术产品认定与评价问题,设计了一套基于Internet环境的专家评审群决策支持系统.简要介绍了系统的网络总体结构,详细阐述了分布式系统各部分子系统的功能.该分布式系统采用了多Agent体系结构,增强了系统的智能性,为我国政府管理部门提供了一套专家评审工作的支持工具,对提高我国高新技术产品评价工作的效率和提高评审权威性具有重要意义.Aiming at the identification and evaluation of high-tech products of China, the paper seeks to develop a group decision support system for expert evaluation meetings based on Internet services, offering a network framework of the system that contains both inner and outer sub-frames. It describes the functions of the sub-systems of the distributed system in which the multi-agent system structure has been used for improving the intelligence of the sys- tem. Finally the paper offers a tool for expert evaluation for public sector agencies which may find it necessary to improve on efficiency of evaluation of hi-tech products of China.
