摘　　要：高阳纺织产业集群的组织形态是农户集群。农户统筹安排家庭劳动力可使家庭净收益最大。与普通产业集群相比,农户集群交易成本更低,但高阳毛巾给大众形成了低档、廉价的印象,由此区域品牌开始围绕高阳农户形成一个恶性循环。北京奥运为高阳纺织产业提供了一次打断恶性循环的契机。The organization configuration of spinning industries in Gaoyang is farmer cluster. Farmer makes overall plans of home labor in order to make net revenue maximize. Farmer cluster have lower transaction cost compared with other clusters. The towels in Gaoyang have given consumers a baddish impression and vicious circle has been made from here. The Olympics game in Beijing gives Gaoyang spinning industry a chance of interrupt the vicious circle.
