烤烟中总挥发碱含量与其他化学成分关系的研究

摘　　要：采用数理统计方法考察了276份烟草样品中总挥发碱与总挥发酸、总植物碱、还原糖、总氮、糖碱比和氮碱比等6个指标之间的关系。结果显示:总挥发碱与总挥发酸和氮碱比呈幂指数负相关,与糖碱比呈三次曲线负相关,与总植物碱和总氮呈线性正相关,与还原糖呈线性负相关,且方程均达到0.01显著水平。In order to study the relationships between total volatile alkali content and other chemical components in flue - cured to- bacco, 276 flue -cured tobacco samples were analyzed with mathematical statistics method. The results showed that there were power exponent negative correlations between total volatile alkali content and total volatile acid content as well as nitrogen alkali ratio; there was cubic curve negative correlation between total volatile alkali content and sugar alkali ratio; there were linear positive correlations between total volatile alkali content and total plant alkali content as well as total nitrogen content; there was linear negative correlation between total volatile alkali content and reduetive sugar content; the correlation coefficients all reached to 1% significant level.
