摘　　要：本文从农业产业信息化服务体系的建立,农业发展要素流通体系的发展完善,区域化布局、专业化生产、产业化运作的农业发展体系的构建,以及利益分配体系的规范,农业产业化支持体系,农业可持续发展体系等方面进行了具体分析,并提出了相应的政策建议。This artiete is from the establishment of agriculture industry information-based service system professional, the agriculture development, localization layout, professional turn of the development set-up of system of the of agriculture that the production, industry turns of an operation, and benefits allotment system of norm, the agriculture industry turns of support system etc. to carry on concrete analysis, and put forward a homologous policy to suggest.
