摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,我国公用事业民营化改革在实践探索的道路上取得了不少可喜的成就。但是,我国公用事业民营化是在市场发育不成熟,法制建设相对滞后,民间机构相对脆弱的条件下推行的,从而难免遭遇尴尬的境况。为此,我们需要对我国公用事业民营化中面临的困境给予冷静的分析,以保证我国的公用事业民营化沿着健康的发展道路前进。Since the 1990s, China＇s reform and pfivatization of public utilities in practice on the road to explore a lot of gratifying achievements, however, the pfivatization of public utilities base on the development of immature market,Building of the legal system has lagged behind ,The relative fragility of civil institutions,Thus inevitably encountered an awkward situation. So, We need to analysize it calmly, To ensure our country＇s privatization of public utilities develop smoothly along a healthy development path.
