天容穴治疗偏头痛对血浆β-内啡肽的影响

摘　　要：本研究采用放射免疫法测定11例无先兆偏头痛病人“天容”穴治疗前后血浆中β-内啡肽（β－EP）含量进行比较，结果发现“天容”穴治疗可显著提高偏头痛病人血浆中β-EP浓度，提示“天容”穴治疗可以通过促进体内β-EP的生成和／或释放发挥其镇痛作用。The changes of plasma β-endorphin (β-EP) concentrations in patients with migraine without aura were observed before and after 'Tianrong' acupoint therapy. It was found that the concentrations of β-EP in plasma of patients with migraine were significantly increased (P< 0. 01 ) compared with before treatment and after 30 min of Tianrong acupoint therapy. This result suggests the analgesic properties of the treatment may be ascribed to an involvement of the endogenous opiates system.
