摘　　要：用一种具有高度选择性的溴代试剂—Py.HBr.Br2在较温和的条件下进行3-酮的2位溴代反应,消去HBr后的A环1、2-位引入双键。它是一种在甾体环上快速引入双键的方法之一。It has been found that the reagent（ Py. HBr. Br2） can selectively bremate at the A-ring （C -2） of hecogenin. Since the breminating reaction with this reagent is fast and mild, it is one of the best bromination methods for the steroid structural modification reactions. The A-ring modification includes selective bromination using brominating agent, double bond formation by eliminated hydrobromic acid with Lithium chloride in DMF.
