摘　　要：针对学校传统加工实训方法无法发挥先进数控设备优势的现状,设计实现了基于以太网的DNC系统解决方案。文章在介绍当前网络DNC发展现状及发展趋势的基础上,结合实际情况阐述了学校机电工程训练中心在网络DNC建设方面的设计及应用情况,最后对DNC系统的通信测试做了详细说明。With the rapid development of manufacturing technology, most of manufactuers have introduced new cnc equipments, but also due to the shortage of advaced manufacturing technology talents, these new eqiupments are idle, hut not effectively used. In view of this status the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Training Center of Southeast University has built a networked manufacturing teehnology laboratory. Through the training, students can meet the demand of advaced manufactring enterprises. Based on listing the development status and the trend of the current network DNC, and in fight of the actual situation, the paper introduces the design and application on network DNC in the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Training Center of Southeast University. Finally, the communication test of DNC system is given a detailed description.
