摘　　要：目的:建立浊度法测定磷霉素钙胶囊效价的方法。方法:以大肠杆菌为试验菌,加菌量2.0%～3.0%(V/V),(37±0.5)℃培养4 h左右测定。结果:磷霉素线性浓度为12～42 u·ml^(-1),平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为1.8%(n=9)。结论:方法灵敏,快速,影响因素较少,可作为测定磷霉素钙胶囊的效价的方法。Objective： To establish a turbidimetric method for determination of fosfomymin calcium capsules. Method： The test organism was Eseheriehia eoli and cultured with fresh medium （ pH 7.0）. Adjust spore suspension of Eseheriehia eoli was inoculated with a 2.0% -3.0% （V/V）ratio,at 37℃ ＋0.5℃ for about 4 h. Result： The linear range of fosfomymin was 12 -42 u.ml^-1 （r = 0.996 7 ）. The average recovery was 101.2% （ RSD = 1.8% , n = 9） . Conclusion： The method is sensitive and rapid, it can he used for determination the fosfomymin calcium capsules of potency method.
