摘  要:目的:研制银杏叶提取物缓释微丸。方法:通过试验筛选合适的缓释辅料,确定处方组成及工艺条件,同时进行质量考察。结果:确定了以羟丙基甲基纤维素为阻滞剂的处方。银杏叶提取物缓释微丸在6 h释放50%,12 h释放达90%以上。结论:制备该缓释微丸的工艺简便,易于操作,缓释微丸放度指标均符合规定。Objective: To prepare extractum folium ginkgo siccus sustained release pellets. Method: The formula and manufacturing process of extractum folium ginkgo siecus sustained release pellets were optimized by selecting appropriate sustained release agents and excipients. And the quality of matrix pellets was investigated. Result: When hydroxypropyl methylcellulose was used as a sustained release agent, the cumulative percents releaseed of the sustained release pellets at 6h and 12h were 50 % and 90 %, respectively. Conclusion : The manufacturing process of extractum folium ginkgo siccus sustained release pellets was easily manipulated and the cumulative percents released of the sustained release tablets accorded with the regulation.
