摘  要:本文应用放射免疫(RIA)和免疫放射(IRMA)方法对20例早孕妇女的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)水平进行了研究,以求阐明是否hCG具有垂体促甲状腺激素(TSH)样作用的可能性。结果显示,甲孕妇女四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)和游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平升高,hCG浓度与T4、FT4亦成正相关关系,然其三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)水平却与正常对照组无明显差异。hCG水平升高与TSH水平下降成负相关关系(r=-0.683,P<0.001)。这些结果提示,早孕妇女,其甲状腺功能增强并非由垂体分泌的TSH刺激所致,而可能是受到另一种物质的刺激,即hCG促使甲状腺功能的增强所致。Human chorionic gonadotropin and thyroid gland function of 20 women with early pregnancy were studied using RIA and IRMA. In an attempt to elucidate the possibility of thyrotropin(TSH)-like activity of hCG, the thyroid function in women with early pregnancy were studied. In these cases, T and FT levels were increased. The hCG concentrations were correlated with T4 and FT4. But the serum T3 and FT3 levels in the early pregnancy group were slightlyhigher than those of the normal control group, however, without statistical significance. The hCG and the TSH levels were negatively correlated (r=-0. 683, P<0.001). These results suggeste that the increase of thyrod function in early pregnant women is not stimulated by pituitary TSH.hCG plays an important role in stimulating thyroid gland.
