益肝丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎92例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究益肝丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将182例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,对照组给于拉米夫定片0.1 g,po,qd;治疗组给于益肝丸一次30粒(0.1g/粒),po,tid。疗程均为12个月作疗效判断,并进行6～24个月的随访观察。结果:两组近期疗效相似,P>0.05;治疗组与对照组远期疗效分别为63.0%、24.4%,P<0.01,有统计学差异。结论:益肝丸组方科学,疗效确切,且未见不良反应。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of Yigan Pill in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Method： A total of 182 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group was treated with Lamivudine 0.1 g,po, qd,the treatment group was treated with Yigan Pills 3 g, po,fid. The therapeutic course for both groups were 12 months and then followed up for 6 - 24 months. Result ： There were no significant differences between two groups on the short-term results （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, with the effective rates were 63.0% and 24.4% respectively, there were significant difference between two groups on the long-term results （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Yigan Pill is satisfactory, the constitute of the prescription is scientific, no adverse reactions are seen.
