摘　　要：目的:了解我院外科清洁手术抗菌药应用情况。方法:随机抽查我院2007年外科清洁手术病历396份,对抗菌药的使用种类、给药时间和疗程进行统计分析。结果:396例清洁手术均使用了抗菌药,应用频率最多的为头孢菌素类,占57.6%。术前0.5～2 h应用抗菌药占84.8%;术前未用抗菌药病例占13.6%,术前>2 h应用抗菌药占1.5%,手术时间大于3 h的都未追加抗菌药。结论:我院外科清洁手术抗菌药的应用还存在较多问题,应加强抗菌药合理应用的规范化管理。Objective： To investigate the antibacterial drugs use on clear operation. Method： A total of 396 medical records of Clear operation were investigated in 2007. The details of check up were feedbacked to the relative departments. Result： All the 396 cases used antibiotic, of which 86.4% used antibiotic before operation, 1.5% used antibiotic in two hours before operation. All the cases did not give additional dosage of antibiotic when operation lasting three hours . the most frequently used was cephalosporins, which took 57.6%. Conclusion ： There are still a lot of problems in the application of the antibiotics in our hospital. It is necessary to strengthen the control,audit and standardized admination of the antibiotic application.
