摘　　要：目的:探讨先天性心脏病主动脉—左心室隧道(ALVT)的超声表现和诊断特征。材料与方法:针对临床初诊疑似先天性心脏病患者经超声心动图检查,并同时对照心血管造影检查,进行术后随访分析。结果:经超声心动图诊断为3例主动脉—左室隧道中:1例为单纯的ALVT,1例ALVT合并有心肌致密化不全,1例早期误诊为室间隔缺损及主动脉瓣发育畸形。结论:超声心动图在诊断主动脉—左心室隧道中有着特异性的价值,应作为首选方法,但需仔细观察,尽量避免合并症的漏诊和误诊。Purpose： Disucssion congenital heart disease aorta- left ventriclar tunnel （ALVT）, supersonic performance and diagnosis characteristic. Materials and Methods： In view of the clinical first diagnosis suspicion first the heart patient after the ultrasonic cardiogram in- spection, and simultaneously compares the cardiovascular radiography inspection after and carries on the technique to make a follow- up visit the analysis. Results： After the ultrasonic cardiogram diagnosis is in 3 examples aorta - left ventricular tunnel： 1 example for pure ALVT, 1 example ALVT merge has the noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium （NVM）, 1 example early time misdiagnoses for the ventricular septal defect （VSD） and the aorta petal growth is abnormal. Condusion： The ultrasonic cardiogram in diagnoses in the aortaleft ventricle tunnel to have the specificity value, is the first choice method, but needs the careful observation, avoids merging as far as possible drafts leaks examines and misdiagnoses.
