摘　　要：目的:提高不典型乳腺肿块的诊断水平。材料与方法:作者总结了56例不典型乳腺肿块的X线表现。结果:56例中,等密度肿块11例,低密度肿块9例,高密度肿块4例,15例呈局灶性致密影,8例出现结构紊乱,9例显示为星芒征。结论:必须保证乳腺摄影质量,结合临床检查,进一步提高各种不典型乳腺肿块的诊断水平。Purpose： To improve the diagnosis of atypical breast masses. Materials and Methods： The authors collected the mammographie images of 56 cases with atypical breast masses. Results： Among the 56 patients, there are 11 cases with isodeuse masses, 9 eases with lowdense masses, 4 eases with highdense masses, 15 eases showed small focus of increased density, 8 eases had architecture distortion, 9 eases demonstrated star sign. Conclusion： The high quality of mammography, together with clinical examinations is the bases of the improvement of diagnosis of atypieal breast masses.
