摘  要:目的:探讨儿童腺样体肥大的数字化X线影像学表现及其临床应用价值。材料与方法:收集122例具有腺样体肥大症状的儿童鼻咽部侧位DR影像片;同时收集55例正常儿童的鼻咽侧位DR影像片作为对照组。主要测量鼻咽顶部腺样体的厚度(A)和鼻咽腔的宽度(n),以两者比率(A/n)来判断腺样体的大小。结果:122例病例组A/n平均值为68.3%,而对照组A/n平均值为36.4%,应用统计学方法处理得出P<0.01,二者之间有显著差异。结论:应用数字化X线机对儿童腺样体肥大进行检查,能清晰显示病变情况,并可以进行测量分度,为临床治疗提供较为准确的依据。Purpose: To investigate digital x - ray imaging manifestation of adenoid vegetation in children and clinical values. Materials and Methods: Lateral DR imaging of nasoopharynx in 122 children patients with clinical symptoms were collected, while 55 healthy children were recruited as control group. The thickness of the adenoid (A) and the width of the nasopharynx cavity (n) were observed. The size of the nasopharynx was judged by adenoid - nasopharynx ratio (A/n). Results: The average of A/n ratio was 68.3% in the patient group, however the average of A/n ratio was 36.4% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: lesions were found cIearly by digital radiography in children patients with adenoid vegetation, and could be measured too. DR examination provided an exact basis for clinical treatment.
