摘　　要：目的:探讨16层螺旋CT在脊柱侧弯患者扫描中的应用。材料与方法:对45例脊柱侧弯患者行病变部位的CT扫描,经MIP、MPR/CPR及VR三维重建,并对照X线分析不同的重建。结果:45例患者均得到满意的图像。结论:16层螺旋CT在脊柱侧弯患者扫描及多种后处理图像较X线平片更为优越,可全面评价脊柱侧弯。Purpose： To evaluate the clinical application of 16- slices spiral CT in scoliosis. Materials and Methods： 45 cases of scoliosis were performed with multiple C＇T scan to be reconstructed by maximum intensity projection （MIP）, multiple planner reconstructed （MPR） and volume rendering （VR）, witch were used to evasluate the value of the various images with X - plain film. Results： We were getting satisfactory images from All the 45 cases. Conclusion： The scanning technique and tile reformatted images of MSCT is remarkedly superior to conventional X - ray images and can reflect the classification and area of spinal deformity accurately and roundly.
