摘 要:采用定性进程理论设计了一个黑启动的定性推理模型,该模型主要用于表达制订黑启动方案的一般策略。模型考虑了各类火电单元机组的启动特性,以及黑启动过程中系统的主要限制条件。通过对黑启动过程的详细分析,定义了定性推理系统中相应的个体视图和进程。大停电事故后,系统不同初始状态将激活不同的个体视图和进程,并得到按时间轴排列的事件和史段。史段和事件直观地表示了黑启动方案中主要的操作步骤、步骤间的先后次序、所需时间的长短等。模型既可用于抽象的黑启动方案的推理及修正,也可以作为具体黑启动方案的解释工具。Using qualitative process theory, a qualitative reasoning model for power system black-start was designed. The general strategies of black-start are well represented in this model, and the thermal units' start up characteristics and system constrains were considered carefully. By thoroughly studying the black-start processes, the individual views and processes of qualitative reasoning model were defined. According to the original states of system after blackout, different individual views and processes in the model are activated, and the episodes and events ranked by time are deduced. The episodes and events express intuitionally the main operations of black-start plan, their ranks and the time of these operations. The qualitative reasoning model can act as a revising tool for abstract black-start plan, and an explaining tool for detail black-start plan.
